The possible resource and item drops for defeating Infected are listed below. This list does not include any items that drop from Hunting the Hunter or other special limited events. In general, you should target the highest Infected level that you are able to defeat to maximize your rewards. At Infected level 22, special alloy is dropped which is useful for upgrading chief gear.
